造血干细胞移植患者自我管理体验质性研究的Meta整合

摘要：

目的系统整合造血干细胞移植患者的自我管理体验，为后续构建以患者为中心的自我管理干预方案提供依据。方法系统检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、CINAHL、Web of Science、Scopus、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中有关造血干细胞移植患者自我管理体验的质性研究，检索时限为建库至2025年6月30日。采用澳大利亚乔安娜布格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准对文献进行质量评价，采用汇集性整合方法归纳整合结果。结果共纳入7篇文献，提炼出31个研究结果，归纳成10个新类别，综合成2个整合结果：造血干细胞移植患者自我管理的阻碍因素，自我管理的促进因素。结论医护人员应重视造血干细胞移植患者的自我管理体验，充分发挥自我管理体验促进因素作用，及时识别自我管理体验的阻碍因素，并提供自我管理支持，提高造血干细胞移植患者的自我管理能力。

Abstract:

Objective To systematically integrate the self-management experiences of patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation（HSCT），providing a basis for the subsequent development of patient-centered self-management intervention programs. Methods Systematic search was conducted in PubMed，Cochrane Library，Embase，CINAHL，Web of Science，Scopus，China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI），Wanfang Database，VIP Database，and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database for qualitative studies on the self-management experiences of patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The search time limit was from the establishment of the database to June 30，2025. The quality of the literature was evaluated using the quality assessment criteria for qualitative research of the Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-Based Health Care Center. The results were synthesized and integrated using the convergent integration method. Results A total of 7 articles were included，and 31 research results were extracted and classified into 10 new categories，which were then synthesized into 2 integrated results，namely barriers and facilitators of self-management in HSCT patients. Conclusion Healthcare providers should attach importance to the self-management experience of HSCT patients，fully leverage the role of the promoting factors of self-management experience，promptly identify the hindering factors of self-management experience，and provide self-management support to enhance the self-management ability of HSCT patients.
