摘要：

针对1例双侧颈内静脉血栓患者，采用磁导航联合心腔内心电技术实时定位，配合体位、呼吸管理与导管动态调控，精准控制导管走向，并改良二次送管时校准方法，成功完成置管。最终导管尖端精准定位于上腔静脉下1/3段，患者导管留置6个月后因治疗结束拔管，未发生颈内血栓加剧或脱落、导管异位等置管相关并发症。

Abstract:

For a patient with bilateral internal jugular vein thrombosis，magnetic navigation combined with intracavitary electrocardiography technology was used for real-time positioning，coupled with posture and respiratory management，as well as dynamic catheter adjustment，to precisely control the catheter trajectory. Additionally，a modified calibration method for secondary catheterization was improved，PICC was successfully inserted. The catheter tip was accurately placed in the distal third of the superior vena cava.The catheter was maintained for 6 months and removed after treatment without thrombosis aggravation，detachment，malposition or other complications.
