摘要：

总结1例重度肥胖患者多发创伤性骨折伴经期出血的多学科协作护理体会。针对少数民族语言沟通障碍制约决策参与、“创伤+经期出血”引发的抗凝矛盾、疼痛与肥胖叠加下皮肤管理面临的挑战、民族风俗与营养价值间的需求差异等问题，实施以下护理措施：维汉双语沟通，协助患者参与治疗决策；多学科联动，结合中西医理念预防血栓形成；改进减压方法，预防压力性损伤发生；科学摄入，兼顾风俗习惯与营养需求。患者住院第30天，病情好转出院。

Abstract:

This paper summarized the multidisciplinary collaborative nursing experience of multiple traumatic fractures resulting from a traffic accident in a severely obese patient，complicated by menstrual bleeding. Addressing issues such as the communication barriers posed by minority languages，which hinder decision-making participation，the anticoagulation dilemma triggered by “trauma + menstrual bleeding”，the challenges faced in skin management due to the combination of pain and obesity，and the differences in demand between ethnic customs and nutritional value，the key nursing interventions were implemented，including bilingual communication in Uyghur and Chinese to assist the patient in participating in treatment decision-making，multidisciplinary collaboration to combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine concepts to prevent thrombosis，improving decompression methods to prevent pressure-related injuries，balancing ethnic dietary customs with nutritional requirements through scientific intake. Following 30 days of individualized care，the patient showed significant improvement and was discharged.
