Nursing care for a patient with Marfan syndrome complicated by malignant arrhythmia undergoing extravascular implantable cardioversion defibrillator therapy

摘要：

总结1例马凡综合征并发恶性心律失常患者行血管外植入型心律转复除颤器治疗的围手术期护理体会。护理要点：恶性心律失常风险管理与术前认知教育、“症状—监护—装置事件”联动监测、术后并发症预防与管理、围手术期综合康复护理、精准心理干预和主动健康行为能力提升。经多学科的综合治疗与精心护理，患者恢复良好，住院31 d后顺利出院，出院1个月随访未发生恶性心律失常复发及装置相关并发症，主动健康行为水平显著提升。

Abstract:

To summarizes the perioperative nursing experience of a patient with Marfan syndrome complicated with malignant arrhythmia undergoing implantation of an extravascular implantable cardioverter defibrillator（EV-ICD）. Key nursing points included malignant arrhythmia risk management and preoperative education，integrated symptom-monitoring-device event surveillance，prevention and management of postoperative complications，comprehensive perioperative rehabilitation，targeted psychological interventions，and promotion of proactive health behaviors. Following multidisciplinary treatment and comprehensive nursing care，the patient recovered well and was discharged after a 31-day hospital stay. At the 1-month follow-up，no recurrence of malignant arrhythmias or device-related complications was observed，and the patient’s level of proactive health behaviors had promoted significantly.
