急诊护士突发公共卫生事件应对能力现状的多中心调查研究

摘要： 目的了解急诊护士突发公共卫生事件应对经历及能力现状,为改善突发公共卫生事件应急能力提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样法,于2023年3月—4月选取来自全国16个省市、119所医疗单位的1 603名护士为调查对象,采用一般资料调查问卷、急诊护士突发公共卫生事件应急能力量表进行问卷调查。结果急诊护士突发公共卫生事件应急能力得分为[215.00（180.00,244.00）]分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,应急演练及培训经历、发热门诊轮转、性别、工作科室、年龄是急诊护士突发公共卫生事件应急能力的影响因素（P<0.05）。结论急诊护士突发公共卫生事件应急能力处于中等水平,针对突发公共卫生事件应急管理的不同阶段、根据不同层级护士的突发事件应对能力要求,按层次、按梯队开展持续、有计划的教育培训。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the experience and capacity of responding to public health emergencies among the emergency nurses,to provide reference for improving the emergency capacity of public health emergen-cies. Methods Using the convenience sampling method,1 603 nurses from 119 medical institutes in 16 provinces and cities were selected from March to April 2023. The general data questionnaire,emergency nurses' emergency capacity to public health emergencies questionnaire was used to investigate. Results The score of capacity responding to public health emergencies of emergency nurses was（208.04±44.45）. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the emergency drill and training experience,rotation in fever department,gender,work department and age were independent predictors of nurses' capacity of public health emergencies（P<0.05）. Conclusion The emergency nurses have medium emergency capacity to public health emergencies. And the managers can carry out continuous and planned training based on the levels and echelon,according to the requirements of emergency response and management at different stages and the requirements of different levels of nurses.
