危重先天性心脏病新生儿术前肠内营养研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 肠内营养是经胃肠道提供营养物质及其他各种营养素的营养支持方式,术前肠内营养对改善危重先天性心脏病新生儿的短期和长期预后至关重要。然而,全球范围内的先天性心脏病新生儿术前肠内营养管理存在很大差异。该文从危重先天性心脏病新生儿术前肠内营养概述、肠内营养的影响因素、肠内营养的评估以及肠内营养的实施和问题处理等方面,对危重先天性心脏病新生儿术前肠内营养进行综述,提出未来临床实践的改进方向,以期为国内危重先天性心脏病新生儿术前肠内营养的管理提供借鉴。

Abstract: Enteral nutrition is a nutritional support method that provides nutrients and other nutrients through the gastrointestinal tract. Preoperative enteral nutrition is crucial to improve the short-term and long-term prognosis of newborns with critical congenital heart disease. However,the management of enteral nutrition before surgery in neonates with congenital heart disease varies widely around the world. This article reviews preoperative enteral nutrition in newborns with congenital heart disease from the overview of enteral nutrition,influencing factors of enteral nutrition,evaluation of enteral nutrition,implementation of enteral nutrition and problem handling,and puts forward the improvement direction of future clinical practice in order to provide reference for the management of preoperative enteral nutrition in newborns with congenital heart disease in China.
