主动脉夹层术后患者重返工作岗位影响因素及干预措施的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

重返工作岗位是患者疾病恢复并重新融入社会的重要指标。未能及时重返工作岗位会对主动脉夹层术后患者身心恢复和社会功能造成严重不良影响。该文对主动脉夹层术后患者重返工作岗位的影响因素及干预措施进行综述，旨在为临床医护人员制订和实施科学的职业康复方案提供参考，促进患者尽早重返工作岗位，重建社会角色。

Abstract:

Return to work is an important indicator that patients have recovered and successfully integrated into society. Failure to return to work promptly will cause serious adverse effects on physical and mental recovery and social function of patients after aortic dissection. This paper reviews the influencing factors and interventions for postoperative patients with aortic dissection to return to work，aiming to provide references for clinical staff to formulate and implement scientific vocational rehabilitation programs to facilitate the patients to return to work and rebuild their social roles as soon as possible.
