摘要/Abstract

摘要： 总结89例ICU患者并发再喂养综合征的护理体会。护理要点：基于营养评估制订营养支持方案;实施序贯性营养支持;纠正以低血磷为主的电解质紊乱。89例患者均成功救治,康复出院。

关键词: 危重病护理, 再喂养综合征, 症状群, 低磷血症, 肠内营养

Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of 89 ICU patients complicated with refeeding syndrome. Nursing points included formulation of nutritional support programs based on nutritional assessment,implementation of sequential nutritional support,correction of electrolyte imbalance mainly due to hypophosphatemia. All 89 patients were successfully cured and discharged from hospital.
