摘要/Abstract

摘要：

总结1例矽肺并发慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压患者的术后护理体会。护理要点：肺动脉内膜剥脱术后肺缺血再灌注损伤的护理，降低残余肺动脉高压预防肺动脉高压危象，超声评估肺功能早期实施俯卧位通气，制订个性化最佳容量管理警惕肺水肿，组建多学科团队实施ICU过渡期康复护理。经过积极治疗和护理，患者成功脱机，顺利转出ICU。

关键词: 矽肺, 肺动脉高压, 肺动脉血栓内膜剥脱术, 危重病护理

Abstract:

To summarize the postoperative nursing experience of a patient with silicosis complicating chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension. Nursing points included：care of pulmonary ischemia-reperfusion injury after pulmonary endarterectomy，reduction of residual pulmonary hypertension to prevent pulmonary hypertension crisis， early implementation of prone ventilation by ultrasound assessment of pulmonary function，formulation of personalized volume management with vigilance for pulmonary edema，and formation of a multidisciplinary team to implement ICU transitional rehabilitation nursing. After active treatment and anticipatory care，the patient was successfully extubated and transferred out of the ICU.
