ICU转出患者慢性疼痛评估与预测工具的研究进展及启示

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 慢性疼痛是ICU转出患者的常见症状之一,不仅影响患者的躯体功能,还可引发焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,严重影响患者生活质量,造成巨大的社会经济负担。通过早期预测、准确评估疼痛,可以及时采取防治措施,提高患者的舒适度与生活质量。该文对ICU转出患者相关慢性疼痛（Chronic ICU-related Pain,CIRP）的评估与预测工具进行综述,旨在为临床医护人员选择合适的CIRP评估与预测工具,改善CIRP发生率提供参考。

Abstract: Chronic pain is one of the common symptoms of patients transferred from ICU,which not only affects the physical function of patients,but also causes negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and causes huge social and economic burden. Through early prediction and accurate evaluation of pain,preventive measures can be taken in time to improve patients‘ comfort and quality of life. In this paper,the evaluation and prediction tools for chronic ICU-related pain（CIRP） of patients transferred from ICU are reviewed,aiming at providing reference for clinical medical staff to choose appropriate evaluation and prediction tools for CIRP and improve the incidence of CIRP.
