摘要:

功能性近红外光谱是一种无创、便携的脑功能成像技术,通过监测大脑皮层血氧变化间接反映神经活动。该文综述了功能性近红外光谱技术在急危重症患者护理中的应用进展,包括危重新生儿的感官刺激与疼痛评估、意识障碍患者的隐匿意识识别与风险预警、脑卒中患者的康复进程监测与训练方案优化,以及特殊人群的谵妄与跌倒风险预警等。功能性近红外光谱技术为护理评估提供了客观工具,为护理干预提供了精准依据,有助于推动急危重症护理从经验型向数据驱动型转变。但其临床实践仍面临数据解读复杂、设备标准化不足、护士培训缺乏等挑战,未来需着力开发护理专用设备、建立标准化操作流程、加强多学科协作,并探索其在急危重症护理中的最佳实践模式。

Abstract:

Functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS) is a non-invasive,portable functional brain imaging technique that indirectly reflects neural activity by monitoring cortical blood oxygenation changes. This review summarizes the application progress of fNIRS in critical care nursing,including sensory stimulation and pain assessment in critically ill neonates,covert consciousness detection and risk warning in patients with disorders of consciousness,rehabilitation monitoring and training program optimization in stroke patients,as well as delirium and fall risk warning for special populations. fNIRS provides an objective tool for nursing assessment and an accurate basis for nursing interventions,facilitating the transformation of critical care from experience-based to data-driven practice. However,its clinical application still faces challenges such as complex data interpretation,insufficient equipment standardization,and insufficient training for nurses. Future efforts should focus on developing nursing-specific devices,establishing standardized operating procedures,strengthening multidisciplinary collaboration,and exploring the optimal practice models of fNIRS in critical care nursing.
