以患者为中心的应急救治管理策略在烧爆伤患者中的应用

The application of patient-centered emergency treatment management strategy in batches of patients with severe burn and blast combined injuries

摘要： 根据油罐车爆炸致特重型烧爆复合伤患者的救治特点,总结突发公共卫生事件中以患者为中心的应急救治护理管理体会。主要包括建立以患者为中心、亚专科护理为基本单位、护理小组长为核心的护理团队,即“一患一团队”基于三级质量管理体系,实施双向质量反馈模式。通过实施个体化、精准化的应急救治管理策略,15例患者30 d存活率为100%,90 d存活率为60.0%,无不良事件发生。

Abstract: According to the treatment characteristics of patients with severe burn and blast combined injuries caused by tanker truck explosions,we summarized nursing management experience in the treatment of public health emergency. Nursing management points included：establishing a nursing team with patient-centered and subspecialized nursing as basic unit,and a team leader as the core,namely "one patient,one team"; implementing a positive and negative two-way quality management model based on a three-level quality management system. Through the implementation of individualized and precise emergency treatment management strategy,the 30-day survival rate of patients reached 100%,and the 90-day survival rate reached 60.0%. There were no adverse effects during the period.
