Nursing care of a child with citrullinemia type Ⅰ undergoing liver transplantation complicated with chylorrhea

Abstract:

To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with citrullinemia type Ⅰ complicated by chylorrhea after liver transplantation. In view of the psychiatric disorders caused by acute episodes of “hyperammonemia" in the child,chylorrhea after liver transplantation,difficult control of tacrolimus blood concentration,feeding difficulties,and etc.,measures such as setting up multidisciplinary collaborative team,predictive management of blood ammonia,phased nursing intervention management of chylorrhea,refined tacrolimus nursing,feeding nursing based on sucking function were adopted. After 51 days of treatment and nursing,the patient was discharged from hospital in a stable condition. The patient was followed up for 6 months after discharge and was in good condition.
