Abstract:

To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with acute limb ischemia due to acute right iliac artery thrombosis after lung transplantation. In view of the problems of complex conditions,circulation instability and poor activity endurance of patients,early warning of acute limb ischemia after lung transplantation was adopted,interventional postoperative care was balanced with anticoagulation mechanism,first aid for arrhythmia was quickly started,diversified rehabilitation training was implemented,intestinal function recovery was promoted. After the treatment and meticulous care of the multidisciplinary team,the patient was transferred from the intensive care unit to the general ward 42 days after lung transplantation. After 2 months of follow-up,he was in good condition.
