重症监护过渡期患儿父母照护体验质性研究的Meta整合

A meta-synthesis of qualitative studies on the care experience of parents during the transitional period of pediatric intensive care

摘要: 目的 系统评价儿童重症监护过渡期父母照护体验,为制订改善父母照护体验的护理干预策略提供参考。方法 计算机检索国内外相关数据库中关于儿童重症监护过渡期父母照护体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2023年5月12日。根据澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价工具进行文献评价,采用汇集性整合法对提取结果进行归纳和整合。结果 共纳入10篇文献,提炼出53个研究结果,归纳为10个新类别,形成4个整合结果:过渡期间的双重情感体验交织、应对儿童重症监护过渡期的多重变化、患儿父母寻求多维度的社会支持系统、儿童重症监护过渡期的照护信息不足。结论 在患儿从重症监护室转至普通病房的过渡期中,护理人员应加强与患儿父母的沟通,疏导其负性情绪,多渠道满足父母的照护需求,以提升父母的照护能力,保障患儿及其父母顺利过渡。

Abstract: Objective To systematically evaluate the qualitative studies on parents' caring experience during the transitional period of pediatric intensive care and to provide references for developing interventions to improve their caring experience. Methods The qualitative studies on parents' caring experience during the transitional period of pediatric intensive care were searched from domestic and international relevant databases. The retrieval time was from the inception to May 12th,2023. The Australia Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative research was used to evaluate the quality of studies. The results were integrated by the method of aggregative integration. Results A total of 10 studies were included,53 findings were extracted,10 new categories were generated and 4 integrated results were formed:mixed dual emotions during transitional period,multiple changes coping with the transitional period of pediatric intensive care,parents' search for a multi-dimensional social support system,and inadequate care information on the transitional period of pediatric intensive care. Conclusion During the transitional period when a child is transferred from intensive care unit to the general ward,the nursing staff should strengthen communication with parents,ease their negative emotions,and meet the needs of parents through multiple ways,to improve the caring ability of parents and ensure a smooth transition for the children and their parents.
