创伤专科护士及其核心能力的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 对创伤专科护士的定义、核心能力、不同救治环节中核心能力的要求、核心能力发展面临的问题进行介绍,并提出发展创伤专科护士核心能力的建议,明确创伤专科护士的核心能力是创伤护理专业化发展的需要,但核心能力评价体系和培训课程仍需进一步完善。

关键词: 创伤护理, 专业能力, 护士, 高级实践护理

Abstract: This article introduces the definition,core competence,requirements of core competence in different treatment links,and problems faced in the development of core competence of trauma specialist nurses,and puts forward some suggestions for developing the core competence of specialist nurses in trauma. It is necessary to define the core competence of specialist nurses in trauma for the professional development of trauma nursing. But the core competence evaluation system and training curriculum need to be further improved.
