成人Stevens-Johnson综合征及中毒性表皮坏死松解症患者皮肤护理的最佳证据总结

摘要：

目的全面检索成人Stevens-Johnson综合征及中毒性表皮坏死松解症患者皮肤护理的相关证据，并对最佳证据进行汇总。方法系统检索国内外数据库、指南网站、皮肤病相关学会网站中有关成人Stevens-Johnson综合征及中毒性表皮坏死松解症患者皮肤护理的临床决策、指南、证据总结、专家共识、系统评价及原始研究。检索时限为2014年1月—2024年9月。4名研究者独立对文献进行质量评价和资料提取。结果共纳入12篇文献，其中临床决策1篇、指南5篇、系统评价2篇、专家共识3篇、原始研究1篇。总结了包含组建多学科团队、评估与监测、皮肤屏障护理、黏膜系统护理、健康教育与随访5个主题的39条证据。结论该研究总结了成人Stevens-Johnson综合征及中毒性表皮坏死松解症患者皮肤护理的最佳证据，可为临床实施皮肤护理提供循证依据。

Abstract:

Objective To conduct a comprehensive search for evidence relating to skin care for adults with Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis and summarize the best evidence. Methods Systematic search of domestic and international databases，guideline websites，and websites of dermatology-related societies was conducted for clinical decisions，guidelines，evidence summaries，expert consensus，systematic reviews，and original research on skin care for adults with Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis. The search timeframe was from January 2014 to September 2024. Quality assessment of the literature and extraction of information was performed independently by 4 investigators. Results A total of 12 papers were included，including one clinical decision，five guidelines，two systematic reviews，three expert consensuses，and one original study. Thirty-nine pieces of evidence encompassing five topics were summarized，including formation of multidisciplinary teams，assessment and monitoring，skin barrier care，mucosal system care，health education and follow-up. Conclusion This study summarizes the best evidence for skin care in adults with Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis，can provide an evidence-based basis for clinical implementation of skin care.
