摘要:
目的 检索并总结机械通气患儿早期活动的最佳证据,为儿科重症监护病房医护人员指导机械通气患儿进行科学有效的早期康复提供循证依据。方法 计算机检索2010年1月—2024年3月国内外相关网站和数据库中机械通气患儿早期活动的文献,由2名研究者对证据进行汇总、分级并归纳总结。结果 最终纳入13篇文献,其中临床决策1篇、指南2篇、专家共识4篇、系统评价3篇、队列研究3篇,提炼出9个主题、共37条最佳证据。结论 总结的最佳证据为临床机械通气患儿早期康复活动提供循证依据,有助于改善患儿预后。
