Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with high flow enterocutaneous fistula secondary to severe thoracoabdominal combined injury. In terms of high flow enterocutaneous fistula,severe corrosion of local wound,malnutrition,water electrolyte disorder and anticipatory grief,dual double pipe flushing drainage technology and colostomy nursing technology combined high absorbent dressings,multimodal nutrition support scheme,continuous monitoring and correcting of water and electrolyte disorder,encouraging psychological venting and positive effective psychological counseling were adopted. The granulation tissue of the wound grew 108 days after admission,the enterocutaneous fistula healed 170 days after admission,and the wound healed and the patient was discharged 231 days after admission.
