脓毒症患者ICU获得性肌无力早期康复的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 脓毒症患者合并ICU获得性肌无力（ICU-acquired weakness,ICU-AW）发病率达50%~100%,是影响脓毒症患者预后的重要因素。早期康复是防治脓毒症患者ICU-AW的重要手段。该文综述了早期康复在脓毒症患者防治ICU-AW中的意义、安全评估、实践及评价指标等内容,旨在提高临床医护人员对脓毒症患者合并ICU-AW的防范意识,促进早期康复实践在临床的落实,从而改善脓毒症患者的预后,让患者有质量地存活。

Abstract: The incidence of intensive care unit acquired weakness（ICU-AW） in sepsis patients is as high as 50%~100%,which is an important factor affecting the prognosis of sepsis. Early rehabilitation is an important means to prevention and treatment of ICU-AW in sepsis patients. This paper reviews the significance,assessment,practice and evaluation indexes of early rehabilitation in ICU-AW prevention and treatment among sepsis patients,aiming at improving the awareness of physicians and nurses to prevent ICU-AW in sepsis patients,promoting the implementation of early rehabilitation practice,so as to improve the outcomes of sepsis patients and help them live with quality.
