成批八氟环丁烷气体中毒患者异地应急救援管理策略

Application of allopatry emergency rescue management plan in a batch of patients with octafluorocyclobutane gas poisoning

摘要： 目的 总结异地应急救援管理方案在成批八氟环丁烷气体中毒患者中的实践经验,为护理管理者科学应对异地突发公共事件提供参考。方法 基于平战结合理念构建异地应急救援护理管理策略：救援前未雨绸缪、统筹规划,救援时快速响应、高效救治,救援后总结反馈、优化提升3个步骤实施应急管理工作,持续监控护理质量与患者安全。结果 在成批八氟环丁烷气体中毒事件中运用异地应急救援管理策略共收治76例患者,经过30 d的多部门高效协同救治,75例患者治愈出院,1例进入康复阶段。结论 异地应急救援管理策略可有效应对突发公共卫生事件,能高效、有序地保证救治工作的顺利开展。

Abstract: Objective To summarize the practical experience of allopatry emergency rescue management scheme in a batch of patients with octafluorocyclobutane gas poisoning,and to provide reference for nursing managers to deal with public emergencies scientifically. Methods Emergency rescue nursing management plan was constructed based on the concept of combining peacetime and wartime,which included three steps：taking precautions before emergency rescue and overall planning; rapid response and efficient treatment during emergency rescue; summarizing and feedback,optimizing and improving after emergency rescue. After implementation of rescue management,we continuously monitored nursing quality and patient safety. Results The allopatry emergency rescue management scheme was applied in treatment of 76 patients with octafluorocyclobutane gas poisoning. After 30 days of treatment with efficient cooperation of multiple departments,75 patients were cured and discharged,and 1 case entered the rehabilitation stage. Conclusion The allopatry emergency rescue management can effectively deal with the emer-gency treatment of public health emergencies in different places,and can ensure the smooth implementation of rescue.
