卒中患者安宁疗护影响因素及实施策略的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着医学不断发展,临床越来越重视为患者提供以提高生存质量为目标的治疗护理服务。安宁疗护对缓解卒中患者痛苦、提高其生命质量有着重要意义。该文对卒中患者开展安宁疗护的必要性、影响因素及实施策略进行综述,包括推进治疗决策讨论、完善症状管理、建立健全安宁疗护相关政策,旨在为卒中患者安宁疗护实践提供参考。

Abstract: With the continuous development of medicine,more and more attention is paid to providing patients with treatment and nursing services aimed at improving the quality of life. Palliative treatment plays an important role in alleviating the pain of stroke patients and improving their quality of life. The necessity,influencing factors and implementation strategies of palliative care for stroke patients were reviewed,including promoting treatment decision-making discussion,improving symptom management,and establishing and improving palliative care policies,in order to provide reference for the implementation of palliative care for stroke patients.
