脓毒症相关性贫血护理干预的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 脓毒症是宿主对感染的免疫失调反应而导致器官功能障碍,是目前危重症患者死亡的主要原因之一。脓毒症相关性贫血是其最常见的并发症之一,它的发生会加重多脏器衰竭、增加脓毒症患者的病死率。目前炎症反应、失血、血液稀释、营养不良及血管活性药物使用等均可能导致脓毒症相关性贫血的发生。该文综述了脓毒症相关性贫血的相关护理措施,主要内容包括抗感染治疗、血标本采集与用药护理、液体容量监测、营养干预等。当前研究为脓毒症相关性贫血的护理管理提供了思路,但集束化管理的具体策略还有待进一步建立和完善。

Abstract: Sepsis is a life-threatening organ dysfunction that caused by the host's immune dysregulation response to infection,and is one of the main causes of death in critically ill patients. Sepsis-associated anemia is one of the most common complications. Its occurrence and duration can increase the fatality rate of patients. At present, inflammatory reactions, blood loss, hemodilution, malnutrition, and the use of vasoactive drugs may lead to sepsis associated anemia. This article reviewed the nursing measures for sepsis associated anemia,including anti-infection treatment,blood sample collection and medical nursing,fluid volume monitoring,nutritional intervention. Current studies provide theoretical basis for the nursing management of sepsis related anemia,but the specific cluster management strategy needs to be further established and improved.
