ICU护士跨专业合作的影响因素及干预研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在快速发展的医疗环境下,跨专业合作的工作模式不仅成为了保障ICU患者医疗服务安全性和有效性的重要措施,更是改善ICU护理工作环境、提高护士工作效率、改善护理服务质量的重要策略。该文就ICU护士跨专业合作的影响因素、跨专业合作在ICU护士中的应用2个方面进行综述,并提出未来研制科学的跨专业团队培训模式和构建规范的跨专业合作实践流程的相关建议,以期为提高ICU护士在医疗团队中的跨专业合作能力、指导跨专业合作及教育发展提供借鉴。

Abstract: In the rapidly developing medical environment,the working mode of interprofessional collaboration has not only become an important measure to ensure the safety and effectiveness of medical services for ICU patients,but also an important strategy to improve the working environment of ICU nursing,nurses' working efficiency and nursing service quality. This article mainly reviews the influencing factors of interprofessional collaboration among ICU nurses,the application of interprofessional collaboration in ICU nurses,and put forward some suggestions about developing scientific interprofessional team training mode and constructing standardized interprofessional collaboration practice process in the future,to providing reference for improving the interprofessional collaboration ability of ICU nurses in medical teams and guiding interprofessional collaboration and education development.
