Abstract: Objective To construct a training program for ICU nurses to implement early patient mobility to provide a reference for clinical training. Methods Based on the theory of Knowledge,Attitude and Practice,a Delphi method was used to conduct 2 rounds of correspondence with 21 experts to form a training program for ICU nurses to implement early patient mobility. Results The response rate of the two rounds of experts letter questionnaire was 91.35%（21/23） and 100%（21/21） respectively. The expert authority of the two rounds were 0.921 and 0.912 respectively. The Kendall coordination coefficients of the two rounds were 0.217 and 0.319 respectively. The final constructed training program for ICU nurses to implement early patient mobility included five aspects：training objective,training content,training method,training teachers,and training evaluation,among which the training content included 3 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators,and 67 third-level indicators. Conclusion This study constructed a scientific,systematic and targeted training program for ICU nurses to implement early patient mobility,which can provide reference for training of ICU nurses to implement early patient mobility.
