以家庭为中心查房模式在成人ICU的应用进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 以家庭为中心的查房是指家属与医疗团队一起参与信息共享和医疗决策的查房模式,可通过家属参与查房改善医患沟通和患者结局。该文对成人ICU以家庭为中心查房实施方法,包括实施前准备、实施中（包括查房团队构成、时机、时长和频率、地点和站位、流程以及辅助工具）、实施后管理及实施困境进行了综述,以期为家属参与式查房在成人ICU的应用提供一定的参考依据。

Abstract: Family-centered rounds refers to a model in which family members participate in information sharing and medical decision-making together with the medical team,which can improve doctor-patient communication and patient outcomes. This article reviews the implementation methods of family-centered rounds in adult ICU,including preparation before implementation,implementation（including team composition,timing,length of time and frequency,place and station,process and auxiliary tools）,management after implementation and dilemmas of implementation,in order to provide a reference for the application of family participation in ward rounds in adult ICU. However,the mode of ward rounds suitable for the national condition still needs to be further refined and improved.
