经饲管给药规范性实践障碍因素及干预策略的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 经饲管给药是指通过饲管将具有治疗效果的口服药物直接输入胃肠道。该文对经饲管给药规范性实践的障碍因素及干预策略等进行综述,障碍因素集中于相关培训不足、缺少标准化操作流程、多学科协作不充分以及质量监管体系缺失,可通过针对性干预措施减少障碍因素对规范性实践的影响。

Abstract: Drug administration via enteral feeding tubes refers to the delivery of therapeutically effective oral drugs directly into the gastrointestinal tract through a feeding tube. This article reviews the barriers and intervention strategies related to standardized practice of drug administration via feeding tubes. Barriers include insufficient training,lacking of standardized procedures,inadequate multidisciplinary collaboration,and lacking of quality control systems. Targeted intervention on the above barriers can promote the standardization of drug administration via feeding tubes.
