我国130所医院儿科护士的职业获益感现状及其影响因素分析

An analysis of the status quo and influencing factors of perceived professional benefits among pediatric nurses in 130 hospitals in China

摘要:

目的 调查儿科护士职业获益感现状并分析其影响因素,为提升其职业心理健康水平提供依据。 方法采用便利抽样法,使用一般资料调查表、护士职业获益感问卷,于2022年8月—12月对全国15个省份、31个城市的130所儿童专科医院、妇幼保健院和综合医院的529名儿科护士进行线上问卷调查,采用单因素分析和多元线性回归分析探索其影响因素。 结果 儿科护士职业获益感总分为(140.28±19.21)分,整体处于中上水平。多元回归分析显示,职称(β=0.196,P<0.001)、与带教老师的关系(β=-0.224,P<0.001)、与同事的关系(β=-0.106,P=0.039)、选择护理专业的原因(β=-0.176,P<0.001)、接受人文关怀教育(β=-0.126,P=0.001)是其独立影响因素。 结论 儿科护士职业获益感总体良好,但仍有提升空间,护理管理者应提供心理支持,强化人文关怀培训,以提升其职业获益感,保障儿科护理队伍的稳定。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the current level of perceived professional benefits among pediatric nurses and identify influencing factors,providing evidence for improving their professional mental health. Methods A cross sectional online survey was conducted from August to December 2022 using convenience sampling,using a general information questionnaire and the Nurse’s Perceived Professional Benefits(NPPB)scale. A total of 529 pediatric nurses from 130 children’s hospitals,maternal and child health hospitals,and general hospitals across 31 cities in 15 provinces were enrolled. Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression were performed to identify influencing factors. Results The mean NPPB score was 140.28±19.21,exceeding the theoretical median of 132,indicating a moderate to high level of professional benefit perception. Multiple regression analysis revealed that professional title (β=0.196,P<0.001),relationship with preceptors(β=-0.224,P<0.001),relationship with colleagues(β=-0.106,P=0.039),reasons for choosing nursing as a career(β=-0.176,P<0.001),and receipt of humanistic care education(β= -0.126,P=0.001) were independent predictors. Conclusion Pediatric nurses report a generally favorable level of perceived professional benefits,yet room for improvement remains. Nursing administrators should enhance psychological support and strengthen humanistic care training to improve professional recognition and ensure workforce stability.
