摘要： 总结6例老年患者经导管行三尖瓣环夹合术治疗三尖瓣反流的护理经验。针对本组患者发生心律失常、肺部感染、焦虑等并发症,完善术前评估,实施术前预康复管理策略,监测术后血流动力学和凝血功能管理,实施早期康复训练方案以及家属参与式人文护理。6例患者经过精心治疗和个体化护理,均康复出院。

Abstract: To summarize the nursing experiences in six elderly patients with tricuspid regurgitation undergoing the transcatheter tricuspid annulus clip. Focusing on the perioperative complications such as arrythmia,pneumonia and anxiety,we improved preoperative assessment,and implemented preoperative pre-rehabilitation strategy,the monitoring of postoperative hemodynamics and coagulation function,early rehabilitation training and humanistic nursing with family participation. All six patients recovered and were discharged after meticulous treatment and individualized nursing care.
