童趣化护理在危重住院患儿护理中的应用进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 童趣化护理是结合心理学内容,将童真童趣贯穿于患儿住院过程中,以提升患儿治疗依从性,提高生活质量。该文综述了童趣化护理在危重住院患儿中的国内外应用进展,包括童趣化护理的概述、干预形式及其应用效果等。但对于不同年龄的病情危重患儿的评估及干预形式,以及专业队伍构建等问题亟需进一步完善。

Abstract: Childlike care is a combination of psychological content,infancy and childlikeness throughout the hospitalization process of children,in order to improve children's treatment compliance and improve the quality of life. This article reviews the application progress of childlike nursing in critically ill hospitalized children at home and abroad,including the overview of childlike nursing,the form of intervention and its application effects. However,the evaluation and intervention forms of children at different ages need to be further improved.
