儿科患者病情交接工具的研究进展

摘要： 交接是将患儿的临床数据转移给另一位医护人员或专业团队,包括对患儿特殊信息的讨论及医疗、护理责权的转移。环境干扰、患儿病情复杂、医护人员文化差异、临床专业差异等可能会影响交接信息的全面性,应通过标准化工具来指导沟通。该文综述了4种常用的儿科患者病情交接工具,各交接工具侧重点有所差异,难以满足不同情境下的交接需求,建议根据临床需要选择应用。

Abstract: Handover was the transfer of the patient's clinical data to another medical staff or professional team,including the discussion of the patient's special information and the transfer of medical and nursing responsibilities. Environmental interference,complicated conditions of children,cultural differences among medical staff,and differences in clinical specialty might affect the comprehensiveness of handover information,and standardized tools should be used to guide communication. This article reviewed four commonly used handover tools for pediatric patients. The focus of each handover tool was different,and it was difficult to meet the handover needs in different situations. It was recommended to choose the tool according to clinical needs.
