摘要/Abstract

摘要： 总结1例颈部钝性创伤合并隐匿性气管损伤患者的急救护理体会。针对患者气道情况复杂,需迅速管理以确保气道安全的护理难点,采取动态评估气道,实施阶梯化呼吸支持管理;紧急床旁气管切开手术管理,包括术前物资准备、术中配合和术后护理。经过紧急救治和护理,患者病情稳定,转入ICU进一步治疗,入院第10天患者病情稳定出院。出院后随访2个月,情况良好。

Abstract: To summarize emergency nursing experience of a patient with blunt neck trauma combined with concealed tracheal injury. In view of the complex situation of the patient's airway and nursing difficulties requiring rapid management to ensure airway safety,we adopted dynamic assessment of airway and implemented ladder management of respiratory support;implemented emergency tracheotomy operation management including preoperative material preparation,intraoperative cooperation and postoperative nursing. After emergency treatment and care,the patient's condition was stable,and transferred to the ICU for further treatment. On the 10th day of admission,the patient was stable and discharged. The patient was followed up for 2 months after discharge and was in good condition.
