公民逝世后器官捐献肝移植受者术后感染的特点及护理进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 综述了公民逝世后器官捐献肝移植受者感染的临床特点及护理进展,提出肝移植术后感染不仅病原体种类复杂,而且早期感染率高及感染部位多样。感染危险因素除了传统诱发因素外,供体来源性感染、边缘性供肝等因素值得关注。尽管器官捐献已成为我国供肝获取的最主要途径,但目前国内缺少公民逝世后器官捐献肝移植术后感染的护理规范标准,有待进一步探索。

Abstract: The article reviewed the clinical characteristics and nursing progress of infection in recipients of liver transplantation from organ donation after citizens' death（DCD）. It was proposed that the infection after DCD liver transplant not only had complex pathogens,but also had a high early infection rate and diverse infection sites. In addition to the traditional predisposing factors,some new factors need to be paid attention to,such as donor-derived infection and marginal donor liver. Although organ donation has become the most important way of obtaining donor livers in China,currently there is a lack of nursing standards for infection after DCD liver transplantation in China,which needs to be further explored.
