摘要/Abstract

摘要： 对儿科ICU护士道德困境进行测量,可及时了解其道德困境现状并探究其影响因素,是制订针对性干预措施的重要依据。该文对国内外儿科ICU护士道德困境测量工具的主要内容、特点、应用现况、优势及局限性等进行综述,以期为儿科ICU护士道德困境测量工具的应用、开发提供参考依据。

关键词: 道德困境, 儿科学, 危重病护理, 测量工具, 综述文献（主题）

Abstract: Moral distress measurement of pediatric ICU nurses is the basis of understanding the current status of the moral distress and exploring the concerned factors,further facilitating the targeted interventions. This article reviews the main contents,characteristics,application status,advantages and limitations of pediatric ICU nurses' moral distress measurement tools at home and abroad,in order to provide a reference for the application and development of moral distress measurement tools for pediatric ICU nurses.
