早产儿生命早期肠道微生态调整策略的研究进展及展望

Abstract

Abstract:

The early stage of life is a crucial period for the colonization and succession of intestinal microbiota. However，premature infants have an immature intestinal flora，with delayed colonization and low diversity of microbiota，which poses challenges of microecological imbalance and associated health risks. This paper will comprehensively review the optimization of dietary patterns during pregnancy，promotion of mother-to-child vertical transmission，expansion of breastfeeding methods，timely supplementation of probiotics，and the appropriate timing for introducing complementary foods，in order to provide a theoretical basis for the regulation strategies of gastrointestinal microbiome in premature infants while implementing personalized nursing care.
