Abstract: To summarize the nursing care experience of a child with septic shock caused by Talaromyces marneffei （TM） infection. In view of the problems such as septic shock，refractory abdominal distension and difficulty in lower limb muscle strength recovery，active anti-shock and anti-infection treatment，gastrointestinal function protection and personalized rehabilitation training were taken. After 53 days of active treatment and careful care，the child was recovered and discharged.
