Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of 57 patients with severe fever and thrombocytopenia syndrome. In view of the transmission risk of novel Bunia virus,multiple organ function damage,and the uncertainty of patients and their families about the disease,strict disinfection and isolation measures were taken to prevent the spread of the disease;and we closely monitored the condition and test results to early and correctly identify early warning indicators for critically ill patients. We actively prevented complications and strengthened psychological nursing to give psychological support to patients and their families. After close monitoring and precise management,the patients were discharged from hospital from 1 to 30 days after admission,and the patients recovered well during the follow-up.
