Abstract: This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with stress cardiomyopathy treated by extracorporeal membrane oxygenation. For the patient with stress cardiomyopathy，it was necessary to avoid being in a state of stress and give the care to reduce stress response. At the same time，for patient with circulatory failure， we had done a good job in the nursing of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation. After 10 days of treatment and nursing，the patient recovered and discharged.
