Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of a child with Kawasaki disease shock syndrome complicated with medium coronary aneurysm and intracranial hemorrhage. We should targeted at the nursing difficulties,including the high mortality of Kawasaki disease shock syndrome,complicated coronary aneurysm which was easy to form thrombus leading to myocardial ischemia,infarction and even sudden death,and no specific clinical manifestation in the early stage of intracranial hemorrhage. Nursing points：medical cooperation to quickly correct Kawasaki disease shock syndrome;continuous dynamic observation of the child with vital signs and nervous system abnormal changes,effective identification of signs of intracranial hemorrhage and timely intervention;precise application of anticoagulant drugs to prevent complications caused by coronary aneurysm;developing individualized home care plan to promote positive follow-up. After 13 days of active treatment and intensive care,the patient's condition was controlled,and transferred to the Department of Cardiology for consolidation treatment,then he was discharged and in good condition during six months follow-up.
