Abstract: Sepsis is a life-threatening organ dysfunction that caused by the host's immune dysregulation response to infection, and is one of the main causes of death in critically ill patients. Sepsis-associated anemia is one of the most common complications. Its occurrence and duration can increase the fatality rate of patients. At present, inflammatory reactions, blood loss, hemodilution, malnutrition, and the use of vasoactive drugs may lead to sepsis associated anemia. This article reviewed the nursing measures for sepsis associated anemia, including anti-infection treatment, blood sample collection and medical nursing, fluid volume monitoring, nutritional intervention. Current studies provide theoretical basis for the nursing management of sepsis related anemia, but the specific cluster management strategy needs to be further established and improved.
