Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of multidisciplinary cooperation in 5 children with spinal muscular atrophy. Under the leadership of charge nurses for pediatric patients with spinal muscular dystrophy,cooperation of full-time nurses who are matched with medical professional groups of neurology,respiratory,rehabilitation and nutrition departments,and the participation of doctors of nutrition department and rehabilitation department,the respiratory tract management,nursing care of intrathecal injection of Nosephase sodium,nutrition management of gastrostomy,home rescue skills training and rehabilitation training,discharge follow-up were carried out for the children. Five children were successfully discharged from hospital with good treatment effect.
