Abstract: To summarize the rehabilitation nursing experience of a child with catecholamine sensitive polymorphic ventricular tachycardia(CPVT)who suffered from secondary brain injury after successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation. CPVT is easy to be induced by exercise or emotional excitement. Attention was paid to pacify children and create a quiet ward environment. Progressive exercise and cognitive language rehabilitation was carried out under continuous ECG monitoring, and individualized nutrition management was performed to improve the quality of life of the child. After 45 days of rehabilitation nursing, the children's consciousness, language cognition and motor function were significantly improved. During the hospitalization, there was no recurrence of CPVT. He was stable and discharged.
