大型体育赛事医疗急救保障中护理人力的角色定位与重塑

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 总结杭州第19届亚运会医疗急救保障服务中护理团队的优势与作用,阐述其角色定位以及在保障活动中的角色重塑,以期为护理人才的培养提出思考和展望。

Abstract: To summarize the advantages and roles of the nursing team in the medical emergency security service of the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou,and expound its role positioning and role remodeling in the security activities,so as to put forward thoughts and prospects for the training of nursing talents.
