摘要/Abstract

摘要： 总结1例脊髓内马尔尼菲篮状菌感染伴脓毒性休克患儿的护理体会。针对患儿出现的脓毒性休克、难治性腹胀、下肢肌力恢复困难等问题,采取了积极抗休克、抗感染治疗、胃肠道功能保护以及个性化的康复训练等措施。经过53 d的积极治疗与精心护理,患儿痊愈出院。

Abstract: To summarize the nursing care experience of a child with septic shock caused by Talaromyces marneffei（TM）infection. In view of the problems such as septic shock,refractory abdominal distension and difficulty in lower limb muscle strength recovery,active anti-shock and anti-infection treatment,gastrointestinal function protection and personalized rehabilitation training were taken. After 53 days of active treatment and careful care,the child was recovered and discharged.
