危重患者口渴症状管理的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 口渴症状管理是将症状管理理论结合干预措施构成的口渴护理实施框架,为危重患者口渴提供优质护理的途径。该文综述了危重患者口渴的发生机制、危险因素、症状管理策略等内容,症状管理策略主要为6W2H、姑息治疗和安全管理等结合干预措施的应用。口渴症状管理策略可为危重患者提供更加高效的口渴护理,但其分级护理策略和评价指标还需进一步完善。

Abstract: The thirst symptom management is a thirsty nursing implementation framework composed of symptom management theory combined with nursing interventions,and a method to provide high quality nursing for thirst of critically ill patients. This article reviews the pathogenesis of thirst in critically ill patients,risk factors and symptom management strategies. Symptom management strategies mainly include 6W2H,palliative care and safety management interventions. Symptom management strategy can provide systematic thirst nursing for critically ill patients,but its hierarchical nursing strategy and evaluation index need to be further improved.
