重度烧伤患者肠内营养应用管理的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 重度烧伤患者全身能量消耗增加,代谢率高,机体恢复需要大量的营养物质。适时合理的营养支持有利于烧伤创面的愈合。该文综述了重度烧伤患者肠内营养应用的管理要点,包括肠内营养应用时机、途径选择、热量计算、成分选择、输注速度、温度的调节和应用翻身床患者肠内营养的注意事项等,旨在为规范重度烧伤患者肠内营养管理、改善患者结局转归提供参考。

关键词: 重度烧伤, 肠道营养, 营养支持, 综述

Abstract: Severe burn patients need a lot of nutrients because of increased energy consumption, high metabolic rate and body recovery. Timely and reasonable nutritional support is conducive to the healing of burn wounds. This paper reviews the management points of enteral nutrition in severe burn patients,including the application timing,route selection,caloric calculation,component selection,infusion speed,temperature regulation and precautions for the application of enteral nutrition in patients with turnover bed,in order to provide reference for standardizing the management of enteral nutrition in patients with severe burn and improving the outcome of patients.
