摘要/Abstract

摘要：

谵妄常见人群有重症患者、老年患者、术后患者、成人癌症患者,发病率高,增加患者病死率。本文基于当前谵妄管理指南证据，对成人住院患者谵妄评估、非药物干预策略等进行介绍,以期为临床护理人员提出指导建议，降低谵妄风险。

Abstract:

Delirium is common in severe patients , elderly patients , postoperative patients,adult cancer patients. The incidence is high and it increases mortality. Based on the evidence of the latest guidelines, this paper focused on the management of adult delirium nursing, the definition and lasification, recognition and asessment of delirium, non-pharmacological intervention and other aspects, in order to provide guidance for clinical nurses to reduce the risk of delrium.
