心脏外科专科护士核心能力评价指标体系的构建及专科特色分析

Construct of a core competence evaluation index system for cardiac surgery specialist nurses and analysis of speciality features

摘要:

目的 构建心脏外科专科护士核心能力评价指标,为培养及考核心脏外科专科护士提供参考。方法 通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈形成心脏外科专科护士核心能力评价指标初稿,采用德尔菲法对全国24名专家进行专家函询,运用层次分析法确定各指标的权重。结果 两轮专家函询问卷有效回收率分别为95%和100%,专家的权威系数为0.917,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.163~0.172和0.189~0.209(均P<0.001),最终构建的心脏外科护士核心能力评价指标包括专业实践能力、沟通协调能力、评判性思维能力、专业管理能力、专业发展能力、职业道德、个人特质7项一级指标、21项二级指标和84项三级指标。结论 构建的心脏外科专科护士核心能力评价指标具有科学性与可靠性,对后续开展心脏外科专科护士的培养、考核评价具有指导意义。

Abstract:

Objective To construct a core competence evaluation index system for cardiac surgery specialist nurses,and to provide references for the training and assessment of cardiac surgery specialist nurses. Methods Through literature review and semi-structured interviews,the preliminary draft of the core competency evaluation index system for cardiac surgery specialist nurses was formed. The Delphi method was used to conduct 2 rounds of correspondence with 24 experts nationwide,and the hierarchy analysis was used to determine the weight of each index. Results The effective recovery rates of the 2 rounds of expert consultations were 95% and 100% respectively,the expert authority coefficient was 0.917,and the Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.163~0.172 and 0.189~0.209 respectively(both P<0.001). The final core competence evaluation index system for cardiac surgery specialist nurses included 7 primary indexes(clinical practical ability,communication and coordination ability,critical thinking ability,professional management ability,professional development ability,professional ethics and personal traits),21 secondary indexes and 84 tertiary indexes. Conclusion The core competence evaluation index system for cardiac surgery specialist nurses is scientific and reliable,and can provide valuable reference for the training and competence evaluation of cardiac surgery specialist nurses in the future.
