重症哮喘并发沉默肺患者的急救护理

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 总结1例呈暴发性发作特征的重症哮喘并发沉默肺患者的急救护理体会。护理要点：针对患者病情急剧进展,需要及时识别沉默肺,缩短发作时间;采取紧急气管插管,实施集束化气道管理策略、精细化镇痛镇静、把握撤机时机及积极处理相关并发症等措施。经过7 d的抢救和护理,患者从ICU转入普通病房,入院第15天出院。随访3个月,患者遵医嘱规律用药,状况良好。

Abstract: To summarize the experience of emergency nursing for a case of severe asthma complicated with silent lung with fulminant attack characteristics. In view of the rapid progression of the patient‘s disease,it was necessary to identify the silent lung in time to shorten the attack time. Emergency tracheal intubation,clustered airway management strategy,refined analgesia and sedation,grasping the time of ventilator withdrawal and active treatment of related complications were adopted. After 7 days of rescue and nursing,the patient was transferred from the ICU to the general ward and discharged on the 15th day of admission. Follow up for 3 months,the patient took medication according to the doctor‘s instructions and was in good condition.
