ICU机械通气患者膈肌功能管理的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 该文对在ICU机械通气患者中实施膈肌功能管理的起源与发展、重要性、管理策略及管理过程中面临的挑战及对策等方面进行综述,以期为临床实施ICU机械通气患者膈肌功能的规范化管理提供参考。

Abstract: This article reviews the origin and development,importance,management strategies,and challenges and countermeasures faced during the management of diaphragm function in mechanically ventilated patients in the ICU,with the aim of providing a reference for the clinical implementation of standardized management of diaphragm function in mechanically ventilated patients in the ICU.
